Talk Climate Gathering Event Registration
You are registering for the Talk Climate Gathering, coming to you virtually May 23–25, 2023! Days will run from 10am – 4pm CT.
The Talk Climate Gathering will offer a progression of reflective interactive activities through individual writing and small groups to support an atmosphere of community connectedness, trust, and learning together. The goal is that attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of their personal climate story, as well as practical tools for how to use their story for change.
Due to its collaborative and community-building nature, we ask that participants are prepared to be present and participate fully on all days of the Talk Climate Gathering.
The Talk Climate Gathering registration is available on a sliding scale:
- $10 — Youth: Young folks under the age of 24.
- $20 — Frontline Community Member: Frontline community members are anyone whose lives are impacted by our climate crises and environmental inequities such as flooding, poor air quality, lack of green space, etc.
- $50 — Grassroots or Frontline Community Organization: Organizations and their employees working at the local level and/or with members of frontline communities.
- $100 — Solidarity: Non-frontline individuals or organizations.
- $150 — Redistribution: Non-frontline individuals or organizations that have the means to further support the cost of the Gathering.
