Use our Co-Mentorship Toolkit to support self-reflection in conversations between peers. We believe that collaboration across generations grounded in authentic relationships will help create the just and sustainable climate change solutions our society needs. This Toolkit includes suggestions for facilitators and participants as well as links to additional resources.
The Toolkit was originally designed by Climate Generation to match midwest youth and veteran climate leaders in co-mentorship on the belief that cross-generational collaboration and organizing grounded in authentic relationships will help us innovate the just and sustainable climate change solutions we need.
This Toolkit includes suggestions for facilitators and participants, a progression of prompts and activities to support self-reflection and strategic conversation, and links to additional resources. We welcome its use and adaption for your specific needs.
